This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We will use the seat cushions during learning. But most of all during STEM activities when students want to select and sit on the floor, to be more comfortable. Allowing students to select an alternative way to sit while learning in our classroom. Offering student who need to move around more and sit on the floor as an alternative.
We will use these cushions during yoga, social emotional activities, and to work in groups around the classroom.
By helping me give my 3rd grade students flexible seating to enhance our learning. The possibilities to what we will learn while using these cushions are endless.
