My Project

Student agency is paramount in my classroom. I believe that when students have the freedom to make choices about their learning environment, they become more engaged, responsible, and independent learners. Flexible seating is just one example of this philosophy. By offering various seating options, I create a dynamic space that caters to diverse learning styles and promotes collaboration. Just as adults seek comfortable and productive workspaces, students benefit from having the opportunity to choose where they learn best. This autonomy empowers them to take ownership of their education and reach their full potential.
