My Students
Each child in my classroom absolutely loves learning but they have different learning styles. We incorporate a variety of learning strategies, group work, and alternative seating and learning options to ensure that each student's needs are met, right where they are! They are truly an incredible group, and I am so lucky and thankful to have a new group of learners that are excited and ready to learn each year!
My students have special needs so they require flexible seating to do well in school.
Bouncy balls and soft seats are great for my students with special needs, especially since they have a lot of energy! Anything you donate would be greatly appreciated.
My Project
My students have special needs and they opted for in-person learning. My school is reopening so I am hoping to get some materials for flexible seating since my students are supposed to stay in the room for the entire school day. It is extremely difficult to have my students stay in 1 room for the entire day. Having flexible seating would allow them to move around in the spot. It would also help them to stay more focused when they can wiggle in their seat. My students would be really motivated to learn with the new and cool flexible seating in the room!
