My Project

Help me give my students a warm and inviting spot to collaborate in the classroom. Currently my kindergarten students sit in the meeting areas on the cold hard tile floor.

A rug and other flexible seating can provide a cozy spot for kindergarten students to collaborate, play, explore and listen to read alouds.

Rugs not only brighten up a room and provide warmth and comfort but can also be the center of educational activities, therefore being an essential component to a welcoming and nurturing environment where students can readily focus to grow their brains socially, emotionally and academically.
