This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

So many students but nowhere to sit? Flexible seating will be the key to making that no longer a problem! With my students spreading out to work in our classroom, they are finding it hard to find suitable seating. They love to sit on the floor, but the concrete floor is hard and cold, so floor chairs will make it more inviting and comfortable for them. Some students need to constantly move, so wobble chairs will help them focus on steadying and strengthening their core while working.

Flexible seating will allow my students the opportunity to use the whole room as their learning space.

By channeling their wiggles with different options, the students can be more successful in the classroom.
