My Project

We know it’s hard to stay focused and engaged when you’re uncomfortable. Many students do not find traditional chairs the most comfortable, especially for several hours a day. My goal is to add some flexible seating options to my classroom this year to give students choices about their seat and help them be more comfortable in class.

By adding floor seating options and lowering tables, students who prefer to sit cross legged or with their legs straight out will now have that option.

Once students are comfortable, the learning can begin!
