My Project

Dear donors, I am reaching out to kindly request your support for the "Thriving Third Graders" in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Our third-grade class is eager to enhance our learning environment through the implementation of flexible seating options. Research has demonstrated that flexible seating can significantly improve students' focus, posture, and overall academic performance. By accommodating diverse learning styles and preferences, this approach benefits all students, fostering a more engaging and productive classroom atmosphere. Seating will be used for small groups, student projects, independent reading and more!

Students at my school are predominantly from low-income areas, find solace and excitement in our school environment, fostering a sense of comfort and enthusiasm in learning.

The diverse classroom setting enhances their educational experience. However, the traditional classroom setup can sometimes lead to disinterest among students. As a teacher with a decade of experience and a background in teaching and mental health counseling, I understand the significance of emotional well-being in children's academic success. Donations to enhance our classroom aesthetics and flexibility would be greatly appreciated, as they can significantly impact the students' positivity and engagement throughout the school day.
