My Students

My kindergartners are a bundle of joy. They are a great group of students who come with different abilities, but they are all eager to learn new things, be creative, and ask questions.

My motivated learners love to learn and they come ready every day to be part of an enriching, active, and friendly classroom.

In the classroom, they are supported by teaching them different skills for their success. They have big dreams and I want to help them achieve those goals by providing them with every opportunity they need to be successful.

My Project

I chose these flexible seating options to help my students in different ways. It is challenging for kindergartners to sit on the rug or at their desk for a certain amount of time. This will allow them access to different spaces in the classroom to help them focus and do their best work.

My little learners should be given the opportunity to sit comfortably to do their best thinking.

I have Scoop Rockers in my classroom and they work great with helping students stay focused during reading time. The wobble chairs and portable lap desks I have chosen will help my students who have a hard time sitting still focus without being distracted. Some students do their best thinking when working in their "spot" and these flexible seating will help the students find their "spot" to achieve their best work. It will also help with the student's core muscles to maintain good posture. These flexible seating will be used during all learning moments throughout the day!
