This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Flexible seating can greatly enhance the learning environment by allowing students to choose seating options that best suit their individual needs. For instance, options like bean bags, standing desks, or floor cushions can help students feel more comfortable and engaged. These choices not only promote better focus but also allow students to move around, which is particularly beneficial for those with attention challenges.

Moreover, the benefits of flexible seating extend beyond comfort; it fosters a sense of autonomy and responsibility in our students, empowering them to take charge of their learning experience.

By investing in these seating options, we can create a more inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere. I believe our students would be incredibly grateful for this opportunity, and I’m excited about the potential positive impact on their learning outcomes.
