This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are in CA at a title 1 school that serves various cultures and backgrounds. My students all have various needs and I am trying my best to provide them with a safe place to learn. I want to be able to make sure my students enjoy coming to school and look forward to it as much as I do!

My Project

Help me give my students flexible seating options! A lot of my students find it hard to sit still in normal desk and learn throughout the day. I want to provide them with other options to increase their focus on the task at hand. I am a first year teacher and I know how important it is for our students to have options and to feel comfortable before they can give their full attention to learning. Thank you so much in advance for any help you are able to give!
