My Students

Our classroom is designed to support students not only academically but also socially and emotionally. It is a safe inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and listened to.

My students are a combination of General Education students and Special Education students.

We are an inclusive environment that focuses not only on academics but also on creating a safe, warm, loving classroom where every student feels capable and willing to take risks. Each student is given the opportunity to complete their work where they feel they can do their best.

My Project

Our students have shown us that they are able to concentrate fully on their work when they are able to move around. These floor chairs and floor pillows will give them more options for learning and working.

Flexible seating helps our students get the sensory input that they need in order to concentrate on their learning.

While using flexible seating our students have been able to produce a higher quality of work with less distraction.

Being able to sit comfortably on the floor, using the floor chairs and floor pillows will help our students further their learning in a soothing calm environment.
