I teach second-grade students from diverse backgrounds. This school year, I have students with diverse school experiences, so it is more difficult to work with all of them at the same pace. I have non-English speakers, as well as several students that have specific learning challenges.
It is helpful to have multiple seating options for students who may need some extra movement throughout the day.
I look forward to these balance balls, the comfy floor seat, and the rug. They will help improve the focus and concentration of my students by keeping their bodies active and their minds busy.
