Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are curious and eager to learn new things, and they love moving around. My school is a Title I school. Many of our families qualify for free or reduced-rate lunches.

Our school promotes a positive learning environment for all students.

My students are so full of energy, and they love to work together in small groups. They need classroom furniture that allows them the space to work alongside one another. These flexible seating options will get us one step closer to this goal.

My Project

These materials will allow my students to be in control of their learning environment. They can choose which seating options work best for their unique learning styles. Your donation will help these students become thoughtful and reflective learners. They will have choice as well as comfort in the classroom. Flexible seating provides stimulation during the long 7 hour school days. Students need to be able to move, fidget, etc. during the day. Your donations will provide these kiddos with tools they need to be successful learners, while also teaching them how to be responsible and in control of their own learning.
