My Project

I do flexible seating in my room, but am in need of floor cushions for our floor tables. In addition, historically crayons have been the first thing to disappear quickly, so I want to give us a head start and have plenty of crayons to begin the year and take us through the first few months.

My students all come from critically low income families.

Flexible seating is something I strong believe in. I want students to come into this room and feel like they are in a homey space, a safe space. A space they feel inspired to learn in. You may be wondering why there is only one seating item in this project.... that is because I have received most of the items I need from my wonderful school, and from close friends/family who have privately donated to my classroom. Cushions are the last item I need to complete my flex seating space!
