My Students

My energetic first-graders enter the classroom ready to learn, discover, and explore. My students are curious, creative, kind and helpful. My class represents countries from all over the world, as well as many different learning levels .

In this class, we work together to form a community as we learn, laugh, and celebrate our achievements.

My students are eager to learn and explore daily!

My Project

The students really enjoy the ability to get up and move around the classroom. They love being able to pick a different spot to read or do their classwork, but I would like to give them lots of different options for places to read in the classroom.

I would love to help the students look forward to a reading adventure every Friday with a flashlight, fun seating and a cool new book!

It is amazing how a change in scenery can help reenergize the students and get them excited about reading or doing another activity. I hope to use these materials to get the students out of their seats and into a reading adventure!
