My Project

The students at our school are high achieving students that excel in the classroom but are not always mindful of how the stress of such hard work sometimes impacts them mentally.

The items I am hoping to receive with nourish both the body and mind of our high school students.

I am requesting outdoor activity supplies because studies show, that students that get outside in the sun and moving have a greater chance of improving mental health needs. Further, giving high schoolers tools such as worry stone and breathing buddies to manage anxiety related moments and to overcome them is crucial in ensuring success emotionally and physically which will positively impact student achievement.
