My Project

The goal for this project is to provide modern/updated equipment for our fitness room. This equipment will be used by both 7th and 8th grade students. With the equipment computer display, it will help students view their calorie, distance, and/or time goal of their workout. While using the equipment, they are able to choose a low or high resistance workout. This Assault AirBike Classic will help students gain more knowledge of their physical abilities (e.g. strength and endurance).

Our goal in the fitness room is to give students a more engaging workout, introducing them to a fun and safe way to exercise, making them lifelong active individuals.
