My Project

The back and calf rollers will help with tension in their muscles, help with muscle recovery and give them an overall stretch that will help improve their flexibility.

The cones will help with their agility skills and

Lateral movement, which will increase their overall growth as athletes.

The air machine will help with pumping up our football, soccer and basketballs in a timely fashion.

The equipment roller will help with storage for things that we may need for our sports events and games.

The spikeball will be a new activity that will focus on their hand eye coordination skills which will have a benefit for them in their specific sport of choice.

Coach Ross Forest Meadow Junior High School Grades 6-8
