My Project

My students are exploring marine vertebrates, learning about their ecological importance and their adaptations to our oceans.

These figurines and the preserved fish specimens I am requesting show the varied body forms of Osteichthyans, and the students will love having this opportunity to get hands-on with the species we learn about.

The students really get a lot out of dissections, but due to time, budget, and supply constraints, we can't always access humanely harvested specimens.

This will make the class more fun, and allow the kids to enjoy some childlike wonder.
