My Project

My students have been enjoying their free choice time on Fridays. It gives them an opportunity to get creative, build, and interact with their peers in different ways. I love being able to provide them with opportunities to use blocks, magna tiles, create art projects and role play. These materials such as play-doh, dolls, play kitchen items and puzzles will make a difference in their learning because they might not have access to such items at home. I love how happy it makes them and it truly is something they look forward to every week! In addition, the impact it has on their communication and social skills will help them as they continue to grow.
