Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I am a High School ESE Math teacher at a Title I School in Hialeah, FL. The majority of my students come from low income families and are on free or reduced lunch. I want my students to demonstrate a desire to learn, I want to do my best to provide them with the necessary resources for their learning needs, and see their growth throughout the year.

My Project

As many of us may know during the 2020-2021 school year, distance teaching has become the new normal. Ending the last school year was already difficult enough as it was, let's make this one pleasant for the students. With all of the new guidelines surrounding back to school and other obstacles, we need your help, so we can still do our best to make it all work out together. These teacher pay teacher resources will be a great addition to my classroom. These resources will be useful during distance learning by engaging and leaving a positive impact on my students. Our math class will succeed, it will be a virtual journey to continue to build the learning environment and inspire our students.

Keeping the inspiration is what the students really need at this moment.
