Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The items I'm requesting are rather basic materials for a middle school classroom. With these materials, the 8th-grade science class can develop into a creative and open space in which students can ask questions and expand their thinking. The materials will largely be classroom sets that will be available for students to use to complete assignments.

My students are brilliant students, 50% of which are English language learners, who are widely interested in the world around us.

These are the students that need to be equipt with scientific knowledge and skills to continue the betterment of our environment and society.
