My Project

Hi everyone! This will be my first year teaching and i’m struggling to pay for my first classroom rug. I’m looking for support as I make purchases to assist myself and my new students this year.

I picked this rug because it has space for each student to sit during mini lessons and morning meeting.

Having the separate seating spots on the rug will give my students the space they need to learn effectively.

Making a classroom cozy it’s important to me, and creating a safe place where students love to learn. I’m a very hands-on teacher, and this space will also support us in working together with hands on materials as we navigate tricky lessons.

This also serves as a seating choice for students who struggle to sit in a chair for long periods of time.
