My Students

Our classroom consists of 23 boys and girls who are eager, energetic, and excited to learn! My students come from various ethnic backgrounds. They come into the classroom every morning with smiles on their faces and are a huge reminder to me of why I do what I do! They have a wide array of learning styles that I explore.

They continue to surprise and challenge me every day.

I am an enthusiastic, nurturing, devoted, and creative teacher who enjoys working with children and helping them reach for their dreams through education.

My Project

Having an air purifier in the classroom will raise not only the air quality in the room, but also the student and parent confidence that they will spend their day in a healthy environment. I plan on using the air purifier during the instructional day to provide the cleanest and safest air quality possible. During Covid-19, an air purifier in the room is an essential item every student will benefit from.

The air purifier will help ease some of the stress the students will experience transitioning back to the school building.

It will also ease some of my stress, knowing I am taking whatever steps I possibly can in order to keep them and myself safe and healthy.
