Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love being a kindergarten teacher. Kindergarten is magical. I love welcoming my new students on the first day of school. I want to create a memorable event for my brand-new kindergarten students.

I want my students to feel proud and excited when they enter my classroom.

Before they enter, I want to create a First Day of Kindergarten photo-taking area right outside our classroom. This will be an area for families to take those memorable keepsake photos that they will cherish forever.

When students enter, they will be given a welcome to Kindergarten bag, and when they leave, a certificate for completing their first day of Kindergarten.
