This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are a group of wonderfully bright and optimistic kiddos who come from struggling low income households. Many of my students are learning English as a second language. All of my students qualify for free or reduced lunch.

Students come to school eager to learn and grow.

They inspire me to give my best each and every day because they are depending on me, and our future depends on them.

My students are happy children that love to learn!

My Project

Help our classroom by providing tablets for students to learn about math and science. Students will be using the Amazon fire tablets on a daily basis for practicing math facts on an interactive platform.

All students will have the opportunity to learn math lessons through educational learning applications that facilitate, engage and inspire students to work at their own pace to meet their individualized learning goals.

Students will be capable of fulfilling their educational math goals by creating their own objectives, tracking their own progress, tackling interactive assessments and conquering math skills!

Students will also be using their science knowledge when they follow along with hands on science experiments and re-creating the experiments in our classroom.
