Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a first-year teacher, I would like to provide different learning opportunities for my pre-k students to practice and build their fine motor skills. For example, the gumball workstation will help students count and will help with their fine motor skills because it comes with tweezers.

Being a pre-k teacher, I know that my students will need visuals to understand our learning!

Teachers pay teachers is a great resource for visuals. For example, a visual for letter of the week or real-life pictures during our science unit. I love creating interactive/visual anchor charts and having anchor chart paper will help me achieve this!

With these materials I know my students can have a wonderful FIRST year of school!
