Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I currently have all of the items listed in our request in my room. They are all much loved choices with my students. They can play and build with Magna-Tiles for hours. The Squeeze, Scoop and Count Ice Cream Shop strengthens students hands and teaches them counting skills. My class loves to play with the Feed the Animals. They strengthen their hands and get ready for writing while having fun feeding the animals. I know that all of these products work!

I would like to be able to use these materials in small groups.

If we had one more set of each we could do this. We rotate through three groups daily in my classroom. One group with the teacher, one with the assistant and a self directed/play group, Having more of these materials would let me use them in the self directed/play group. I know the students enjoy these materials and would stay focused in their group.
