My Project

Our students live in a very low socioeconomic area and many of them will never experience theater or the feeling of being on stage. We hope not only to expose them to theater, but to open doors for many of them to see other opportunities that exist for them to explore.

Our students will have the opportunity to experience all the emotional thrills of presenting a live performance to their families and community.

The microphones will allow us to produce two musical shows for our students to perform and watch. We will also have students direct and run the technology, so they will be exposed to a variety of theater career opportunities that are available.
