Help me give my students quality prisms for experiments to determine index of refraction of light, see the dispersion of light, and for several other experiments to develop a understanding of the Electromagnetic Spectrum of Light

I have the good fortune to teach at the high school I graduated from. In its simplest definition, a system of moral principles is called "ethics". This includes "hard work" ethics and determination. I see these principles exist within my community and is passed on to our children.
My students demonstrate the ethic of hard work, diligence, and perseverance by their dedication and commitment to their education.
Last year our seniors were awarded over a million dollars in scholarships. There is no doubt our students want to become productive, and successful citizens.
My Project
My students will be using prisms to study the electromagnetic spectrum. They can recreate Isaac Newton's experiment of measuring the temperature of each band of light in the electromagnetic spectrum.
Using prisms my students can determine which wavelengths are used in photosynthesis.
Using prisms my students can understand light polarization and the refraction of light. The prisms can let students see how light bends as it enters and exits out of a medium.
Students having an understanding of the electromagnetic spectrum of light is a requirement in Earth Science, Physical Science, Physics and Chemistry. The prisms can be used in all science classes including Biology which would find the wavelengths of light used in photosynthesis.
Rather than just looking at charts or taking notes my students would have the "hands on" experience of learning about the EM and have a better understanding of the EM Spectrum.
