My Project

Over the last few years, through personal and professional struggles I have grown as a person and have become extremely passionate on mental health and social emotional learning.

I will be able to help students at a younger age learn how to cope and manage their emotions with strategies and skills so that they do not need to struggle through childhood or feel the need to figure out how to cope and manage later on in life.

Through Breathe For Change I will become certified to teach SEL, Mindfulness and Yoga to not only all the students I service now and in the future but fellow colleagues and adults.
