My Project

The pandemic has forced my students to become isolated. I want my students to be able to explore the United States and to see how our regions are similar and different from other places within our country and abroad. Students today do not know how to read a map. They need to learn how to find their way from one point to another without using technology. The students will pick a destination and then determine how they are going to get their and how many miles they will travel. Another way, is to have a set amount of miles they can travel and they have to figure out where they will stop and what they might discover along the way! The other materials are to be used to create what they thing they might learn about along the way.
