My Students
The Mustang Athletics program represents the best of what it means to be a student-athlete. We want to develop leaders that understand the importance of teamwork, humility, and perseverance. We expect our student-athletes to be dedicated and committed to success in all areas of their lives.
The Mustang Swim Team consists of 3 sport-athletes, scholars in the top 10% of the class or scholars taking all honors courses.
The students work hard in the classroom but I want them to have the same success and support on the field. Students come from all over the city of Memphis to participate in academics and athletics.
My Project
For two years, Ms. R worked very hard to start the Swim Program here at our school. Now that she got it off the ground, she needs your support! The wonderful athletes at our High School are in need of uniforms and equipment. They are a group of athletic and academic achievers with big dreams but funding is limited for small sports athletics. It is disheartening for the team to see their classmates with matching uniforms and warm-ups while our team is without.
As a school known for basketball and academics, these uniforms will shine the light on a great sport that craves the attention it deserves.
