My Project

Covid has caused a lot of stress and anxiety causing poor health and a decline in learning. This year I am fortunate to be teaching a mindfulness class.

This project will help my mindfulness students learn coping and mindfulness techniques to de-stress after this crazy covid pandemic.

My students are learning meditation and relaxation techniques. The floor pillows and yoga blankets will be a perfect addition to creating a calm, peaceful, and comfortable environment. The kids love to practice mindful coloring and lettering. The new coloring books, lettering books, and markers will help get their creative juices flow while being mindful.
