My Project

My classroom is full of students who love to read! Independent reading time is one of their favorite parts of the day. While our classroom is full of hundreds of books, they are unfortunately a bit of a mess and that makes it difficult for students to find their next favorite book.

We have a variety of levels of readers in our classroom from picturebooks to chapter books and having organized book bins would help students not only read at their level but also practice reading at the next level up.

My students are so amazing and used their knowledge of genres to sort our library, but without proper storage, they are getting mixed up again and my students are having a hard time finding what exactly they are looking for.

This project would not only help my students find a new book they will love but also help them take pride in their hard work!
