My Project

Financial Literacy is required in Louisiana high schools and is a topic of growing importance in our increasingly complex financial world. As our students step into a life of financial independence, their ability to make informed decisions about savings, investments, loans, and more becomes critical.

Our goals for this project are that our students prepare for the real world; prevent future debt; promote healthy financial habits; understand economic influence; and become empowered to make informed decisions.

We hope that integrating the financial literacy requirement in our school will be an investment into our students' futures. By providing students with these tools and knowledge, we can empower them to make wise financial decisions that will serve them well throughout their lives.
