My Students

My students are simply the best! The one thing that makes our classroom so special is our diversity! We love to celebrate our differences. Every child comes to school each day with different needs, but we all love to learn together. I am so lucky to get to spend my days teaching, learning and laughing with this class! I wish that you could spend a day in our class because I know you would never want to leave. Please consider helping us out. No donation is too small! Thank you!

My Project

In order to help students learn about financial literacy, I want to put rich literature into their hands. These books focus on families and children from around the world and how economic choices spark action.

This project will allow me to provide amazing read alouds, that focus on economic choices around the world, and the impact those choices have on their families.

Ultimately, this is the very beginning of financial literacy with some of our youngest students.

By allowing students to experience the financial, time and talent choices of the characters in the stories their thinking will be ignited for future decisions.
