My Project

My goal is to help my students develop a strong foundation in financial literacy. I want to enhance their math skills, in skills such as addition, subtraction, and estimation using real life situations. This includes teaching them how to count money, read prices of items and develop responsible spending habits. Ultimately, I want to prepare my students with essential life skills that will help them succeed both academically and personally.

Young learners thrive when learning is interactive and hands-on, and I believe these money lessons will empower them to make informed decisions about money.

It is so important to provide real-life learning situations to help young learners create a strong foundation, especially in financial literacy. These literacy lessons and materials will make a huge impact on my students.
