My Project

With the new TI-84 Plus CE calculators, students can use a finance apps and other programs to learn the uses of technology to solve advanced problems. Many of my students can't afford this level of a calculator or they don't see the uses for them but I want to really encourage this type of technology for their future. This will strengthen students’ skills for college preparation, taking the SATs and ACTs, financial literacy and graphing different types of functions. The calculators make math so much more useful and attainable than paper/pencil calculations.
