My Project

I am a dedicated educator to a wonderful group of third grade students in a small community. This new project will provide final classroom touches for our new and inviting reading nook where students can immerse themselves in their favorite books and promote a love for reading.

My goal is to create an organized, comfortable and welcoming reading nook that will enhance students’ reading experience and promote a love for literature.

I have found that the more inviting the reading area is, the more interest students have. Research shows that well-designed learning environments contribute to better student engagement and academic performance. By contributing, you are also giving the gift of discovery and imagination. My curious students are going to love this cool space, including new baskets and magnetic white boards. Additionally, two Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards will allow me to bring in even more reading-oriented curriculum for my students to enjoy. Thank you for your consideration!
