Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Are you able to concentrate and learn new things when your hungry? My wonderful class of new learners are ready for a fun year in school, but sometimes are distracted by empty tummies and hunger pains because they came to school with little to no breakfast. Please help keep my students energized for a productive year of Kindergarten.

This project will fuel young minds so they are ready to learn their letters and numbers this year in kindergarten.

Pretzels and fruit snacks will give my kids the energy they need to stay focused on those days when all they can think about is how hungry they are instead of reading, writing and mathematics. Kindergarten students are always active and use lots of energy throughout the day. Snack breaks help to satisfy a craving many students have after completing a writing assignment or reading a challenging story.
