File Folder Learning For IEP Success!

Help me give my students activities from teachers pay teachers, file folders, lamination, velcro dots, and activity boards to turn into file folder activities that work to meet their IEP goals and objectives.

My Project

My students vary in age and academic levels. In order to meet all of their academic and social needs, as well as IEP goals and objectives, I have to get creative in what and how I teach. One really great way of differentiating, organizing, teaching, and promoting independence is through the use of file folder activities. File folder activities are simply activities that you make on an office file folder and then laminate and attach velcro. Students then can take the folder and do the activity independently.

I serve a very diverse group of students in age, race, ability, language, and social skills which the teachers pay teachers gift card will allow me to purchased activities that relate to all of my students' interests and academic needs.

Then I will be able to take those activities, print them, create the file folder activities, laminate, then finish assembling with the velcro and storage folders and they'll be good to go! The multi-color folders will allow for organization so I will know that each category has a color assigned. Ex-math is pink, phonics orange, colors yellow, etc.

I am very excited to create these file folder games and get them into the hands of my students!
