My Project

For our diverse population of students, a typical day at our school involves rigorous studies of the core subjects and minor subjects. Our students work extremely hard during the hours of the school day. Some days, my students with special needs have difficulty with transition throughout the day, or they may just be having a "rough day".

My students use my office as a safe space.

I like to provide them with experiences to help calm them so that they can continue the rest of their day. They enjoy using the fidgets, sometimes they spend 5 minutes using it and can resume their day. Sometimes they need to borrow the fidget and return it at the end of the day.
