My Project

As a female teacher, I remember the feeling of being in school and coming on my cycle. I also remember going to the nurse and giving me one pad for the entire day. I strive to build a supportive classroom by having the resources necessary for my girls. I try to do this by ensuring my girls have access to safe spaces and resources that will allow them to attend school and focus on their learning.

As my girls get older, they struggle with their changing bodies.

My girls' supply of feminine hygiene products, wipes, panties, and poop spray, will allow me to support them as their bodies change into womanhood. I need to be able to help them with the transition that comes with being a growing girl.

Mrs. H. Ingenuity Preparatory Public Charter School Grades 6-8
