My Project

Students love to learn about foods and their history and origin. When I discovered a series of books about female entrepreneurs in the food industry, I thought they would be a perfect enrichment resource for my students. The books are written on a lower reading level than my students read, but that will make them a quick and easy read for most students and a good way to provide enrichment for students who do read on a lower level. Plus--it is so interesting to learn about these women and their companies!
