My Project

My students have embraced the practice of mindfulness and beginning yoga this year. They are hoping to further develop their yoga skills with the use of bolsters, yoga straps that will assist with stretching and blocks that will offer them the ability to modify certain balancing poses for a more wonderful experience. As we prepare for summer sessions and a new school year in the fall, these materials will help create a safe space in which students and staff can practice self-care that will include SEL, mindfulness and yoga workshops.
