My Students

I am so lucky to teach a special education classroom full of unique individuals who are all loving and eager to learn. My students are in kindergarten through third grade, and each one of them has their own educational learning goals. I teach at a Title I school in a small east Texas town. Most of my students come from a high poverty area where resources are stretched thin. I am a member of ATPE, and I absolutely love ATPE!

My Project

In our classroom, our students are very busy and need to have hands on activities with their learning! A sensory table will be an amazing addition in our classroom. There are so many different uses for a sensory table. We can search for letters, words, numbers, and so much more! The educational games will benefit our students greatly! They LOVE playing games and these games will help them academically as well as socially. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
