Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

A chain reaction of support starts with one share.
Social-emotional learning (SEL)is the process of developing self-awareness, self-control, and interpersonal skills that are vital for school, work, and life success. Students with special needs need extra support in these areas.
Colorful, animated, and relatable stories help my students create connections that will allow them to apply what they learn.
Having the physical character from the story so they can have a visual will allow my students to be able to see the book in the classroom.
Having an SEL series that my kindergarteners can hold, love on, and share will support their emotional growth all the while teaching them how to express how they are feeling.
