My Students

Our Norfolk, Virginia PreK students are amazing and resilient! We are located in a dedicated military town. All students have risk factors that qualify them for our program. I see the sparkle in their eyes when they login to the computer. Distance teaching is challenging, but with hands-on materials, we can help them thrive!

My Project

A Farmer's Market stand and supplies will be a great addition to our classroom. An addition of a Farmer's Market to our dramatic play center will allow our students to step into their imaginations and discover what it is like to take on the role of a farmer or a customer.

Our class can bring so many real life play situations to a Farmer's Market!

The benefits include language development, critical thinking, and cognitive skills. Let's not forget FUN! Through imaginative role play, children can socialize, build self-esteem, and make the school experience meaningful, fun, and memorable.
