My Students
I am fortunate to have truly amazing students that have a passion for Agriculture. While many are animal lovers, and are able to raise animals from rabbits and chickens, all the way up to Cattle, we also have many students raising plants or working for others in a service aspect. All of our Ag students have atleast 1 ag project a year, many decide to do multiple projects.
Agriculture isn't just cows, sows, and plows any longer!
My Project
The hope is to create a neighborhood market for students to share their natural hand grown products to our community.
Students will get a chance to show off, but also store, sell, and/or donate the products they have grown or raised.
Students will get a chance to learn about supply and demand, also aspects of marketing, and its all based around their own production. Students will also be able to use a point of sale system, so they can learn about inventory control. This can be a huge leap for community involvement while showing our students how to be self sufficient.
